Summer is winding down!
Hello to all my Unbelievadough customers! Summer is starting to wind down, the kids are going back to school, and the farmers markets will be shutting down in the next couple of months. As you know, Unbelievadough Bakery is a home-based bakery so I'm not tied to a Farmers Market; that's just where I do most of my business! While I only have one more Farmers Market date left for 2019 (October 12th) I am more than happy to take special orders directly via email or phone call! If there is something you just have to have, feel free to drop me a line and we can work out the details.
September is fast approaching and I will be taking a little vacation from September 5th through the 20th. I'll be traveling through Scotland and Ireland, taking my mom on a trip of a lifetime for her. She's been tracing our family all over Scotland throughout the centuries and has tracked us all the way back to Robert the Bruce! We will be spending about 6 days traveling with a small group tour through Scotland, then we fly over to Ireland and do the same there for about 5 days. I'm hoping to find some really great recipes to share with all of you! I love the brown bread in Ireland and have been trying to perfect it for 3 years, since I visited there the first time. I hope to find someone kind enough to share their wonderful recipe with me!
Other than that, I am enjoying a little down time from the market while I work some extra hours at my day job. My full-time gig is working for a cyber-security company in Boulder, writing the training documentation for our internal teams. We are releasing our next version just after my vacation and, of course, everything I do needs to be done before I leave! That leaves little time for baking, but if there is something you want before I head out, please let me know and I will make it happen!
Thanks for all your support during my first summer in business! I hope to hear from you all over the fall and winter! I will be checking in here occasionally to let you know what I'm working on for the next season.
